Please give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you are unable to give sufficient notice, certain fees will apply. See below for more details.
If you are going to arrive late for your appointment, please call or text Anna as soon as possible so she can make necessary arrangements to insure that she can still provide the scheduled services for you.
Please only bring your children with you if they are receiving services. Please watch them at all times during your appointment.

Please kindly notify Anna at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. She knows that life can bring all sorts of unexpected situations and that at times, we have to make adjustments to our schedules, which Anna totally understands. However, she does have to consider the clients who are seeking her services and the fact that she is setting aside time specifically for you. If Anna doesn't have enough time to fill the empty appointment slot, everyone misses out. In order to maintain a smooth system that works for everyone, she has a Cancellation/No-show Policy as follows:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your salon service(s) within 24 hours of the start time of your appointment or miss your appointment, you will be charged the full rate of the services that were booked for you whether in person, over the phone or online.
To cancel your appointment, you must call Verve Hair Studio and Head Spa or cancel through your online Square Appointments account, with the appropriate notice, for the cancellation to be valid. Replying to email appointment reminders or canceling any other way other than calling the salon or canceling through your Square Appointments account are not acceptable ways to cancel and will result in a charge.

Anna wants all of her valued clients to know what her expectations are regarding snow storms or forecasted inclement weather situations. Her cancellation policy remains in effect during these times but she has tips to help you make your decision when these situations arise.
What to do if you are not comfortable driving in the snow:
Anna asks that you keep an eye on the weather forecast when you have an upcoming appointment and reschedule it with at least 24 hours of notice if, in general, you are concerned about driving in the snow. She typically waits to see exactly what the weather is going to be like before she makes the decision to open or close the for the day. If you aren’t comfortable waiting to hear whether she will be open or not and don’t want to risk being charged a fee, she recommends that you move your appointment just so you have peace of mind. REMEMBER: PLEASE GIVE HER AT LEAST 24 HOURS OF NOTICE TO AVOID ANY CANCELLATION FEES.

For those of you who are okay waiting for Anna to make the call as we get closer to the predicted day of inclement weather, feel free to keep your appointment in her schedule. She will ABSOLUTELY close the for the day during times when we are advised to stay off the roads or if there is a winter storm warning and she will not charge cancellation fees for appointments that she reschedules due to the salon closing. However, if it’s just normal Wyoming winter snow, she typically stays open and you can expect to be able to come in for your appointment.

How to avoid cancellation charges:
Ultimately, to avoid ANY CHANCE of being charged fees, your best bet is to take your appointment out of Anna's schedule when a storm is expected. If you feel confident that the decision that she makes will align with yours, keeping your appointment will likely be best for you. Everyone is different and she wants this to make sense for each individual person. If you have any other questions, Anna is more than happy to talk to you about all of this during your next visit.

There are some services that require special attention when scheduling; therefore cannot be booked online. If you do not see a particular service, please call Anna and she will be happy to assist you in scheduling your appointment(s).

Anna offers services by appointment only. Her schedule is available online, for your convenience. If you prefer to make an appointment over the phone, or if you need assistance, please feel free to call or text Anna at (307)317-3884. When she is unable to answer, leave a message and she will return your call as soon as she can!
At times, Anna may have same-day or next-day appointments available so call/text or check online to see if there is an opening.
If there is a time that you would like to book an appointment but it isn't available online, please call to find out if Anna can make it work!

Please note: the timing that appears in the description of the Head Spa Treatment/Square Confirmations and Reminders does not include the preparation time prior to the Treatment or the time after to take care of the payment/booking nexts appointments. Please prepare for additional time on top of the Treatment time. Please let Anna know if you are working with limited time so that she can plan the Treatment accordingly.
Please arrive with your hair detangled. Freshly washed hair is not necessary. If possible, Anna will comb your hair after your Treatment (if you have booked a Treatment without a Blow Dry service).
Please remember to use the restroom prior to your Treatment.
Please silence your phone during the Treatment to limit distractions, so you can fully relax.
If you are pregnant, please contact Anna 24 hours or more before your Head Spa Treatment to discuss the best options for your comfort and best practices for scalp massage during pregnancy.
If you have any health concerns related to the Head Spa Treatment, please discuss them with your doctor prior to your appointment.
Remember that it’s important to drink extra water after your Treatment to stay hydrated, (as it is good to do with any lengthy massage).
